Our maintenance cleaning service is designed for homes that are already at a maintainable baseline. It follows a consistent checklist and is typically scheduled on a biweekly basis. This service keeps your home fresh, orderly, and cared for through regular, systematic attention.

Initial Cleaning (Required for New Clients)

Most homes require an initial cleaning phase before they can be maintained at a regular standard. Our Initial Cleaning includes all maintenance checklist items, plus extra attention to areas where dust and buildup commonly accumulate over time but are often overlooked.

These areas may include:

• Baseboards, door frames, and decorative mouldings
• Under and behind movable furniture (such as sofas and tables)
• Blinds, window sills, and cupboard fronts
• High dusting areas, including wall-to-ceiling edges and cobwebs

This work is typically completed over the first one to three visits and is designed to bring the home to a true maintenance level without the disruption or cost of a full deep clean.

Deep Cleaning & Seasonal Add-Ons

Deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, cupboards, or other interior spaces are not part of regular or initial cleaning. These services are available upon request and are quoted separately, as they are occasional and more time-intensive.
